I keep hearing, that sellers are waiting for the spring market. We couldn't disagree more with waiting. The current market conditions in Durham Region are highly benificial to sellers right now. Prices are trending up for November with shrinking inventory. I beleive there could be a log jam of sellers come the spring time, with receission fears nearing. Buyers in this winter market are generally more serious if they are out looking this time of year. You could sell this winter to take advantage of the stronger market and with a 90 day closing. Then you're already into the spring time. This way you've jumped ahead of your competition if prices were to soften.
