We would highly recommend Matt Phillips as your realtor. He wasted no time in getting our house on the market, selling it for $71,000.00 over asking. He made us his priority throughout the whole process. Matt was thoughtful and considerate with all of our questions and felt like a friend once it was all over. Saving money on the commission was a bonus. We would use Matt Phillips again. So thank-you Matt for helping us achieve our dream.

Matt was great in helping us sell our home, with his low commission rate of 1% we couldn't go wrong and helped us save. The pictures and camera guy he uses is top notch and nothing lacking in quality. We would definitely recommend him for the sale of your home.

Matt recently helped with the sale of our house. He was very professional and honest with every question I had about the process. He was quick to respond and very helpful throughout.
I would highly recommend Matt Phillips.

Matt’s hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off! Sold, over asking in one day! We highly recommend Matt Phillips to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Matt helped my wife and I buy our first home. He was knowledgeable, prompt to answer all our questions, and it felt like he always told it like it was (no BS). He was able to tell us exactly what we needed to win the bidding war for the house we loved without the price getting egregious. I would recommend him to buyers in the Durham area.

Matt did an incredible job selling my townhouse.  He organized the staging, cleaning and anything else that made the process easier for me.  He is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and pushes for the for the best deal, rather than the quickest sale.  I am confident I got more for my townhouse with Matt than i would have with any other realtor.  I can't recomend him highly enough.

Matt helped us sell our house in 3 days. We were very happy. He gave us good advice and was always available to answer any questions.
