Matt Phillips was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was able to work with our crazy schedules and was able to access properties of interest everytime within 12 hours. My wife and I work weird hours and he always made time for us when we had questions or concerns. This was especially important when negotiating to buy our house. All contracts were done digitally right from our phones making the covid19 situation workable. This was also exceptionally easy as most of this was able to be done while at work.
