    In a digital era where buyers go online and do their homework hunting for that perfect house, choosing a realtor that’s focused on digital marketing and has excellent visibility on all social networks is very important. What if I tell you that when I emailed Matt about discussing selling a house, without any mention of what the house address was, he emailed me back in minutes with all info and strategy about the exact house I wanted to put in the market! This is being proactive to the next level. We found Matt the same way buyers find houses these days: by going online and looking for the best. Matt is probably one of the most digitally active realtors in the GTA and with his marketing strategy, including professionally taken photos and video, put our home in front of lots of prospect buyers in no time.
