Oshawa Housing Prices For February 2020   $563,000 was the average sold price for February 2020 in Oshawa.  That is up 3.2% on the month, up 11% for the quarter and up 15.4% for the yearly change! 387 new listings came on the market in the last 28 days.  262 homes sold and came off the market in Oshawa and took an average of 16 days to sell.   There is all time low for inventory and this is pushing selling price vs asking price ratio up to over asking...
